Hardware Specifications

A.  Hinges:

European Design, Grass 3903 series, all metal hinges.  165 degree opening, 3-way adjustable, with self-closing feature included.  Hinges are backed by the manufacturer's lifetime guarantee.  Quantity of hinges per door to be determined as follows:

5 Knuckle hinges available;  2 per door on base and wall cabinets, 3 per door on tall.

B.  Pulls:

4" satin chrome wire is standard, others are available.

C.  Drawer Glides:

Standard Drawer and Pencil Drawer:  100 lb load rating, epoxy coated white.

File Drawer:  KV#8400 Anachrome, 100 lb load rating, full extension.  Hanging file frames available.  

D.  Shelf Supports:

Locking nylon shelf supports, white color, for drilled holes is standard;  KV 255/256 flush mounted pilaster standards/brackets available.

E.  Locks:

Disc tumbler locks:  National #8704/8703 door/drawer locks.  Pin tumbler locks:  Olympus #100DR/DW door/drawer locks.

F.  Sliding Door Track:

Lawrence aluminum double channel #D501S.

G.  Casters:

Heavy-duty ball bearing, hard rubber tread, bright zince plated;  locking casters available.

H.  Tote Trays:

Fabri-Form trays of high impact polystyrene, tan color, chrome label holder.

I.  Coat Rods:

1 1/16" chrome rod, KV #750 with KV #734 chrome flange.

J.  Mirrors:

1/8" thick polished plate mirror attached with plastic clips and screws.
